So Love a Collab

The Ensaymada Christmas Party Box brings out handmade love in the forefront.

It’s finally happening.

I have collaborated with The Weekend Ensaymada (TWE) for this year’s Christmas Gift Hampers. I have met the founder, Marishell Evangelista last year. We bounce ideas regarding packaging, design and cardmaking. I am glad we share the same interest in color and vibe. I appreciate genuine connections.

But let me tell you more about ensaymadas. ‘Ensaymada’ or brioche is originally made with coiling dough, rise for 4-6 hours, and baked topped with melted butter, cheese and sugar crystals. Nowadays, it would come in different varieties. TWE makes them softer, really melts in the mouth, with flavours like queso, ube, tiramisu, nutella, and the latest, pork floss. Keeping with tradition, it's perfectly partnered with thick tsokolate (chocolate drink) which the Tablea can re-create.

We have two gift boxes to choose from:
💝 Ensaymada con Tsokolate, a cosy pack of 4 ensaymada + mug + tablea + wooden spoon
💝 Christmas Party Box, Pack of 6 ensaymada + serving platter + handmade tea towel

Love where you are at and bring a piece of home wherever you go. This is available to pre-order in our shop or through TWE during the week. Deliveries will start December 10.

Let’s make it a Filipino Christmas themed party this year, shall we?
