ARE ALL PRODUCTS HANDMADE?

Illustrations and texts on paper crafts are cut digitally and assembled by hand. All the cloth products are sewn by me. All products listed with ‘What Tess Makes’ labels are designed and created in my home studio in Melbourne. Australia.

As much as possible, most of the products you see in gift sets and hampers are equally artisan work. I enjoy supporting other makers and love to combine our works together to meet your needs and requests. These are for special occasions and events you may have. CAN YOU CHANGE A DESIGN TO ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMER REQUEST?

Absolutely, I can resize a product, change color or add a name on it. Depending on the intricacies of the request, you might be asked to add extra for customization. You can communicate all your questions and/or instructions to hello@whattessmakes.com. Will attend to an appropriate reply the soonest time possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do. We generally use Australia Post for domestic and international shipments. However, you can request for express shipping. We also use other couriers to respond to your requests as quickly as possible. Please see the list of delivery options in our checkout.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?

We accept payments via Paypal. Should there be additional ways, will let you know soon.

HOW LONG DO YOU PROCESS AN ORDER?

All products you see in store are available and ready to be shipped. Your order will be processed within two (2) business days. Products that are made-to-order will have a different production time, normally taking five (5) business days. For bulk orders and requiring additional changes, proper production times will be discussed separately.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

However, I welcome exchange or refunds, depending on the transaction issue. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days. I appreciate it if you reach out to discuss any concerns with your order. Email first at hello@whattessmakes.com.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Once this has been communicated, shipping cost incurred for returning an item will be covered by the customer. Please forward to:

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

Yes, we do. I love wrapping gifts. There are listings that I apply free gift wrapping. Will be adding more gift wraps soon, so stay tuned.

CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Glad to help. Please indicate in the additional instructions should you want to send this without a receipt, or gift wrapped already. Just provide sufficient information and instructions.
