How Will I Manage My Time in 2024

Do you do it this way?

I figured the choice of running a creative business requires special treatment in managing time. To keep myself sane at all times, I trust these steps would help work for me.

1 | Time block tasks

If I don't want to be disturbed at some points in the day, I block that time off from my diary. It helps keep my focus on that particular task for the day intact.

2 | Work in short bursts

I know it may sound like impractical, but it does help my back primarily. I need to step away every 30 minutes, to give my bum some rest from sitting for too long. Also, short bursts help me not to get overwhelmed with tasks.

3 | Prioritise needs first

I start with time-based tasks like managing orders. This way I will have it covered and not be late and feel rushed.

4 | Take proper breaks

Similar to work in short bursts, I take breaks in between tasks. I give time for coffee, of course, and lunch break walks are important.

5 | Break down tasks

Make a task simpler by breaking it down into smaller, achievable tasks. It helps me work smarter and feel relaxed in completing a much bigger assignment.

6 | Use automation

I am now a fan of automation, especially with posting content and sending email marketing. It does minimise the workload.

That's it for me. How about you? Share your time managing tips below.
